Hi, The ideal light intensity for autoflowers varies depending on the stage of growth. During the early stages, a lower light intensity (around 200-300 umol) is recommended. As the plant matures, the light intensity can be gradually increased to 400-600 umol. Good Luck buddy.

What do they say? 6 nodes to get beyond seedling stage? I find they need more power a lot sooner than that to avoid excess stretching. The plant's growth dictates... just do what it says. CO2, temp and rh dictate just how much light you can give a mature plant. With ambient CO2, 35-40 DLI "at diode" of a typical LED grow light with reflective walls will be fine at normal hanging distances. umol/s depends on hours of operation and area of coverage. DLI is an apples to apples metric to use. From that point you observe and react to the plant to dial it in based on growth. If you've been babying it, i'd amp up in smaller increments over a short period of time unless any stretch occurs, then amp up fully. I find plants quickly demand more.

Aim for 200-300 μmol/m²/s for seedlings, 400-600 μmol/m²/s for veg, and 600-900 μmol/m²/s for flowering when doing autos.

At that stage i would stay low, around 300-500. Always watch the leaves, if they raise up a bit its perfect, If they claw or/and drop, its mostly likely too much. They react pretty fast on wrong light adjustments, so its easy to manage

300-350 I like to give them a bit more, also I look to make it a bit more hot if you overwatered and put airflow bigger :). But you got this brother!

I give both Photos and Autos the same amount of light during veg. At the stage you're at, I'm around 275-325 Another week or so, 350-450 Then I'll stay at that intensity until after the stretch, then I'll slowly start raising each week. Never had an issue show that would say Autoflowers take a different amount of light. Strain can definitely have an impact on how much light a plant can take, I usually don't see this until middle of flower though. This is when the plants tell me what it can handle. I see a lot of people turn the lights right up during veg, plants don't need that in veg and is why light stress issues come up a lot. I save the power for the middle of flower, when it makes the most impact.

I am not sure for Auto Flowers, Photos usually 700 at 1-3 weeks of veg . Here are some calculators / light tools that will help you dial it in. https://growlightmeter.com/calculator/ (Select your plant , Cannabis ) https://www.cocoforcannabis.com/how-much-light-ppf-do-you-need-for-indoor-cannabis/ the second link has multiple tools , all very help full .
