Typically it is overwatering but from the look of the crust of your soil, I don't know if that's it. What kind of nudes are you giving them and how often? Question, this is not a big deal. You need to slightly adjust and watch what the ladies do when they start to show signs of perking up. Follow up. You got this.

I feel you are watering daily right? try to start watering every 3rd day and let it dry a bit inbetween, could be overwatering as it’s on the lower part.

Generally from my experience if the yellowing start at the bottom leafs and works it's way up it's a sign of not allowing the soil to dry out enough before watering again. I'd recommend lifting the pots after it drys to get an idea, then after your watering you'll know what the weight is dry and wet. I hope this helps as the plants look not to bad at all.
