Wrapped each seed in moist paper towel surrounded in tin foil. Left seeds for 36 hours in a cupboard. Around 23 degrees. Transfered seeds to cardboard seedling pots in 70/30 coco/perlite with 20ml of 5.9ph water. Put in tent with auto seedlings. 🌱 Will add makeshift humidity domes when they break ground. 14 / 6 Tent humidity dropped to 50 on day 2 and the top of the Coco looked dry, so I gave another 20ml of water each and applied the humidity domes. Temp in tent is around 25. Adjusted light so they'll get 12 DLI when they break ground. I read this is the correct amount, but word on the street is the Photone app isn't too reliable so I'll monitor this carefully. 15 / 6 Just another 20ml of water each to keep the humidity in the dome high. Wedding cake is looking good. Biscotti seems to be a dark colour. 16 / 6 Biscotti had got trapped in her own head! I pulled off her lil seed hat, and her lil cotyledons popped out. She stretched a lil cos of this, so I'll bury her a lil deeper when I transplant in a few days. Gave both a light drizzle of water to keep the top layer of coco moist while under dome. Prepped coco coir with Myco and a calmag and nutrient mix in anticipation of transplant in a few days. In 3 gallon fabric pots: 70 / 30 Coco / Perlite Easy Roots Mycorrhiza Mix (4x Tsp) 1 Litre of Water (5.9ph) - Silicate (0.5g) - Calcium Magnesium Supplement (1.5ml) - Terra Aquatica Tripart Hardwater (0.5ml each)

17 / 6 First feed. 20ml of solution delivered with syringe around base of seedlings in morning and evening (40ml total) Raised light brightness by a few % landing on 25% power at 80cm so that these girls get 14ish DLI while the autos in the tent still get around 30. Humidity around 70% today. Temp around 28. 18 / 6 Coco was pretty dry so went with 50ml twice, 100 total. 19 / 6 Transplanted to 3 gallons cos the taproots protruded out of the bottom of the cardboard pots. Bad idea. The coco just sorta exploded, and I had to fish the poor girl out and get her settled in. I tried to be extra cautious with the second one, but nope. Same thing. They seem to be doing fine though. Strong ladies. Watered about a litre of slightly stronger solution (0.5ish per part) into the 3 gallons. Adjusted lights to account for new pots; getting about 16 DLI now.

The biscotti seems a bit healthier than the wedding cake. Wedding cake is a lil yellow in the centre and her leaves seem janky. Mutation I think. 2nd nodes on both without stretching.

Going strong. Still trying to find the perfect light intensity and distance to cover everyone's needs. Some mad shit happening in the tent, but the photos are looking mighty. Gave them a fairly heavy pruning and did some LST with soft ties. I used a hole puncher to convert my fabric pots into LST pots, which worked a treat. The fan leaves are crazy big on both strains and kinda smothering the inner growth. Not really sure what the play is.

Haven't posted in a while. Did quite a lot over the last 2 weeks. Topped the wedding cake last week. Moved the autos and sunflower out of the tent cos I couldn't get the humidity under control. Hitting 100% and wetness between all the leaves and shit. Had to buy a humidifier. Pruned out all the underbrush and added a ScrOG net today. Terrified of mold.

The tent was getting really overgrown so I went in and trimmed the undergrowth. Very surprised at how quickly they went from little shrubs to full blown weed plants. Huge growth in very little time.

The tent was getting pretty damn jungley. Did some light trimming of fan leaves that were shading lower buds. The wedding cake is kinda bullying the biscotti into the corner. Switched to flowering nutes ratios.

The edge of the leaves on the wedding cake started to yellow, so I raised the light a few inches thinking it was light burn from their vertical growth. Nope. Now the leaves are getting all fucked up with bronze patches and stuff. Not happening with the biscotti at all. I mix a big bucket of nutes and water them from the same mix, so I am very confused. Update: I followed the "cut it" advice I got from the question I posted. Repositioned the biscotti in the tent and hung the wedding cake to dry. After thinking about it, I think I panicked and followed the first advice I got. Pretty sure the "nute buildup caused pH issues with one but not the other" was the correct call, as it was a pH issue I originally expected. I just couldnt figure out why it was hitting 1 but not the other. I was still happy with my harvest, and if it turns out super weak, I'll just smoke the wedding cake during the day!

2 plants treated identically. One has started to have serious yellowing / bronzing on new growth. The other is fine. Any advice welcomed. :)

The cycle has ended and you buds are already over mature. Time to harvest your beauty. Don't worry about the yellowish leafs...what is happening is that the cycle ended and the grow doesn't have anymore the metabolism to keep integrating nutrients. As I told you by the colours in your buds, you must harvest today if it is possible your grow, otherwise you will start to swap the THC to CBN and you are just turning your yeld over narcotic due to the CBN. Good crop, mate! 420

Strong plant. Bullied the biscotti it shared a tent with. Had a j after a week of a cure and it was fine, but I'll report back in a month or so after I've actually got to sample it. It was real strong, so that's good.

Got the wedding cake down cos of the replies to my question. Hung up to dry for a little over a week. The closet was a bit humid, but once I stick a little fan in there it was perfect.

With the 2 plants together I got 151g which hit the 1-per-watt on my first grow, which I liked. Overall verdict; Wedding Cake was a bit rough tbh. Biscotti was nice. Sweetness really came out when vaped.

@oldskoolkool, The autos in the tins? Yeah, they are not a good product, but it got me to dive head first into growing, so it did its job!

Doing really well pal. Those back 2. They're showing that Bushey side from over grown root zone. Uppot them and watch them 2x3 blow up especially before the flip. Bottom nodes (the 1st one with 1 fingered fan leaves beneath them will sap energy from the ones above and be outshadowed by the ones above) some light lollipoppoing to get rid of em and shoots deep inside the plants itself. Doing a great job Feel free to DM me if you need any help.
