Black flies

Please help. From start of grow i noticed black flies in tent. I think after research they are fungal flies. I have sprayed plants/soil with diluted neem oil and did a neem oil flush but still the odd one appears. Any ideas what else I can do? Thanks

Hi @Fergie1984 the best way to deal with them is with yellow fly traps. you can also apply some product to protect your plant like the bio bizz leaf coat. neem oil is also a good option but I think it delays the development of small plants. these mosquitoes love the moist substrate, you can also put a 1 cm layer of vermiculite on top of the substrate. vermiculite dries faster and does not attract them. good luck 💪🙏👍

Hello bro) U can also try to use enzym by the same way of spraing... Also, for full disenfection of tent use iodine (1ml/l). In general neem oil good choice coz its can defend your plant from more than 400 insects"

Neem oil is just fine if you have serious problem, don't spray with chemicals! They'll not harm the plants. Are you sure its fungal flies and not just little black fruit lovers ?!
