SilverfishI found a silverfish (is this the correct name?) in the soil of a plant; obviously I immediately threw it out and checked if there were others by moving the ground a little, but how do I make sure I make them disappear? or do you know if they can be harmful to the plant? 😭Week 1

My plant is short and wide and the center is pretty crowded with leaves but they are all starting to produce trichomes. Is it an issue to have leaves touching each other in this state or do I have to remove some? I don't really want to mess with her in this stage.Week 8
