Neem Oil in 3rd or 4th week?Can i spray one more time with Neem Oil now? 3rd or maybe 4th week of flowering now. Noticed that some leafs are being eaten. Product information says i can but i also read discouraging comments fron other users so im a bit in doubt. Ladybugs and praying mantisses also an option

Thrips infestation and chemical pesticide, help!I've bugs, probably thrips. I'll not be able to obtain organic pesticide (neem oil based) before one week! Is the 7th day from germination, the white bastards are developing and spreading ultrafast. Would be safe to use a chemical pesticide made for roses at this stage?

Alright I am not sure what to do. The breeder suggests 60 days in flower and she is ready for harvest. But because of the thrips infestation I had, 1 girl seems to be stunted. Should I just wait longer than 60 days and hopefully they recover and fully mature?
