Anyone knows if these bugs are doing any harm to the plant?

I have not seen this type of bugs in my garden before and they are only on the two CBG Autos. Also some ants are active across the plant.
Does anyone know if these bugs are harming the plants or what they are? 😏

Hi Bro,
1st
these bugs are first adult stage of Brown Marmorated Stink Bug, these bustards are harmful so check for eggs under leaves. Manual removing.
2nd your plant is patrolled by ants. First rule: "where are the ants there are aphids too".

Thanks a lot @Rap_a_cap for the fast response and I googled it and youre definitely right on that with Brown Marmorated Stink Bug.
Will go after them immediately and also spray just in case some neem soap solution for the aphids, which are probably causing the ants as you say 😵

Spider mitesSo it turns out the Thrips were not Thrips at all they are bloody spider mites. Noticed them feeding on nematodes after spraying. Predator mites on there way and sprayed with an 1-8 iso mix. Now should i rinse the plant with just water before adding the predators?Week 9
