ive seen this before. Had a plant that "topped" itself several tmes over.. or more like FIM'd itself but no physical damage to cause it. my plant didn't grow well, but you may have different luck. I wouldn't assume it's a dumpster fire from this particular mutation. You may want to thin things out though. Too many mouths to feed will result in a bunch of tiny buds spread out that will take longer to trim. also look like you got the polyploid mutation - the mohawk looking top cola forming. This is just a really weird plant as far as its genetics, lol. The plant i had that wildly branched without topping was not a polyploid, but this might be related or a 2nd mutation. Maybe, a highly inbred plant?

Natural polypoids are almost impossible to find in nature. You just have a weird mutation.............the flattened stem is an issue, but I can not remember the cause.............either way, there is no reason why this plant should hermie due to this mutation. I would not be buying seeds from that same breeder again though, those little bud tops look strange already, indicating poor breeding practices.

polyploids weed, google it. firstly i would touch plants less, that can stress them out or bring fungus. and rot had only twice, never a hermie from my cases.
