Hi growmies, seems i can't close or remove grow questions but i really have a new one. My 2nd Wedsing Cake Auto, she is younger, should be ready in 2 weeks or so. I think she is showing first signs of Botrytis. Lower leafs have spots on them, yellowing, dieng. Come off very easy.

Not Botrytis, it's pH/nute imbalance + the plant is going into autoflower autumn mode and eating itself up, fixing an auto at this point is pretty futile, just let it go forward as it is and chop when ready. Botrytis shows as leaves nested within buds withering and as straight up mold when you open the buds up, it's one of those things you don't see before it's too late. All you can do is control humidity and have plenty air circulation around the buds, and of course chose mold resistant strains if you live somewhere where mold is an issue :)

just an out of balance feed... If sugar leaves have all died in a particular spot, look under the buds for grey or white fuzz along. If no discoloration (or smell) in the buds, then you should be fine in regard to pathogens.

made me chuckle, no, its probably not Botrytis hahaha Thats like google your symptoms and then thinking you have cancer when you just got a cold. Did you check your root zone pH? like ever measured the run off water? it bet the pH is fucked and thats why other nutrients can't be up taken anymore Thats my guess, get the pH from the run off, water with pH water to correct the root zone, good luck!

I dont think that a 100% sign of Botrytis The purple coloration can happens with low temps and end of life with the plant. The lower leaves falling off and yellowing is also ok sometimes in end of life. but to much and it might mean their is something off in the roots from my expernce with it. Like over sasturation.
