Switched to flower,12/12, new growth curling/cupping

Hey having some problems 2nd day agyer switching to flower and my new growth is curling/cupping upwards.. Can it be my HPS is too close, or is it my nutes need to be more flower based...trying to catch it before it too late. Can i send a pic?

Good evening! From what I'm seeing you have nothing to worry about just yet. BUT most of the time (from what I understand) leaves cupping upwards like that is caused by too much heat/too low humidity. You could try to add more air circulation between the lights and canopy or you could try to add more humidity to your growing area so your plants can withstand more heat. You should check VPD (Vapour pressure deficit) chart from google.

Hey @Herbalist7! Without having further information, like an updated diary it will be more complicated to find the answer to your problem. Anyway, let's try it. It could be because you have your HPS too low, check it with a termometer. If you don't have one, put your hand 1-2cm over the top of your plant, if it's too hot for you it's hot for they. It could be also a bad air distribution problem. ¿Do you have any fan inside? ¿Do you have the propper air income/outcome? Remember that your tent/growing space should renew the air 30 times per hour (at least) (and 50 for the recommended schedule) Hope it helped you
