She’s ready for harvest anytime. Looks like at this point not much more can happen without green leaves to process any photosynthesis. Flushing is only good for toxicities, with organic nutrients it is unlikely you have any.

Recent studies show that flushing has no effect on the final product.Iv been causing draught stress in my plants for the last few years after reading about the effect it can have.Your plants look like they'vce had plenty of stress but that coyuld improve it.There's a lot to be said for stress, they even call it possitive stress.

Flushing is a Myth It is a useful tool if you bugger something in the medium and it needs a fix. Eg way overfed fertilizer and want to correct it before the plans burn up. then yes flushing can help. As a end of life thing to do... its bogus. Plants can't make something from nothing. flushing it out only starves it. plants don't store nutrients in the buds. and will sacrifice other parts of the plant to keep the buds alive the longest. It does not wash anything out of them. its just not how plants work. And the plant can't build more trichomes or terps with no nutrients. Giving just water end of life with out runoff allows the plant to use up whats left in the medium as it starts to feed less and less. Organic vs synthetic does not really matter, just when you stop giving them. Dry amendments mixed into the soil take time to break down and are only added in every few weeks, so end of life you just stop mixing them in last month or so, Liquid nutrients are ready asap and are normally given up till the last two weeks. These are the ones that are typically "flushed out" as flushing amendments does not make sense as they are always breakdown and feeding the plants slowly so they can't really be flushed out all that well. Or well will need to be flushed every day for weeks to get the same effect. Just let it go as is, looking good. Would not worry about some of the discoloration nothing you can do to fix it, plus does not matter this close to harvest

With a weak canopy, i wouldn't flush. you already have diminished photosynthesis, why cause more? I'd try to fix whatever is going wrong with it, too, but with little time left don't make huge adjustments. You need to react sooner to onset of symptoms. Need to see the progression to better diagnose, but looks like too high K, maybe. It's at top and bottom, and more so at the top, so might be a tad too much light on those colas. The reddish stuff is just cool temps at night or genetics - 'fall colors' just like outside for the same reasons. So, dial back component with K that impacts the others as least as possible, possibly dial back 10% across the board otherwise. Continue similar cycle of water-fertilizer as you were doing before. No reason to damage the canopy futher. Try to slow or improve it between now and harvest. Photosynthesis is important.
