Looks like it's light stress, your plants are too compact and are leaning towards the light due to the LST. Remove a few leaves and the shoots that are pointing towards the ground. And always wait a few days between training. It looked like that for me in the beginning too, but I've got it pretty well under control now.

The leaves are twisting because they are competing for light. You've got too much going on in a small area. start with fewer primary branches allow it to spread out top where needed or train it horizontally and selectively allow a number of side branchces to grow... 8 or more branches off the trunk and a bunch of axillary branching doesn't have the space to grow properly. More is not better. You only need about 3 colas per sq ft to maximize yield... and save a hell of a lot of maintenance and likely trimming too. If nodes are too tight, dim or raise the light a bit. have a plan for your ending canopy, and work backwarad from there to make a strategy. Prune off useless axilla. Retain as many leaves as possible.
