Stupid question but should I continue to see this grow out or cut my losses? Should I cut the yellow leaves off so that it can focus its nutrients and energy towards the healthy and green growth?

It looks like early on, you were watering your plant too frequently. That is a common mistake, and very easy to do when your plants are very young and are developing a root system. Always allow your soil to dry back a bit. Pick up the container its in and if it feels light, it probably needs watered. Use a moisture meter if in doubt. They don't cost much and helps a new grower learn when its time to water. Good news though ... newer growth looks fine. Keep the plant and enjoy your harvest when you get there.

cutting off leaves just makes the plant want to grow more leaves. If the leaf ever becomes a "sink," the plant will shed it. Wait for it to be cannibalized then it'll easily pull off. Might as well get what was stored in the elaf before throwing it away. Other than congestion or a communicable disease etc, let the plant decide which leaves are value-added and which are sinks. cutting off some cripy necrtoic damage is fine if you have the need to do 'something'. might even have an argument as to why it helps -- dead organic material is always good to remove from the garden to avoid pathogens and pests. stop misting the plant or wahtever is getting water on the leaves. benefits don't outweight risks and if foliar feeding, better to just learn how to provide proper amounts through the roots, since that;s their evolutionary function. don't gunk up stomata with minerals. new growth is healthy. what went wrong seems to be isolated and not spreading, so not sure why you want to bail on the grow.

Cut your losses? See the grow out. She’ll be fine. I’ve seen way worse shit turn out great. Just some of the early leaves being little jerks as they do sometimes. I would however check your node spacing. Could just be the picture, but looks very tight. If that’s the case, may want to raise your light a bit, or dim some.

Not the way it works for a 2 week old plant my friend. Some minor yellowing on early growth will not overtly harm the plant, nor will leaving those fans on to facilitate further growth to the extent they can. When you prune your plants, the purpose is to focus growth in areas of the plant you want it. For young plants such as this, you want the entire plant to grow as quickly (and healthy) as possible so removing leaves in the first month is usually unnecessary. The only exception is for long term training and topping when you’re attempting to manifold/scrog and grow out your plants a certain way. Leave her be and let her grow out. No point in adding stress pressure to young plants. They tend to figure these things out on their own this early👍.
