I hadnt realised I've had my lights on 24hrs a day from seed... Should I switch to 18/6? If so should I easw into it or give the plant a 6 hour night immediately?

You can just switch to 18/6, no need to ease her in.

Switch straight to 18/6 . I was using 24/0 for first 7-10 days if plants didnt showed any overstreching. Plants need rest. 6 hours is minimum they need. Works very nice vs 20/4 or 24/0 schedules.

Da die Keimung nicht vom Licht abhängig ist kannst du wechseln Wan du willst. Wenn du jetzt Wechseln willst kannst du es jeder Zeit tuhen. Selbst wenn er schon gekeimt ist geht das ohne Probleme. Viel erfolg
