Auto? Maybe? Opinions?

This is a seed from a bag of Blueberry muffin. I'm starting to think it may be an auto. Looks like it's full on preflower. So anyway Topped it, successful clone. Clone looks same like it's starting to flower. I guess I'm looking for opinions about it. Only grown autos twice.

It's definitely showing more than your typical preflowering. It's gonna take more than just a single dark period to cause this. Flowering requires a pattern of darkness in order to build up enough hormones, not just a one off occurance lol. If the plant is healthy, topping an auto isn't nearly as catastrophic as many on here would have you believe but the timing of when you do it is important. If at all possible do those cuts before transition and remove a minimal amount of the plant. Even a late topping isn't that big a deal though if the plant is healthy. I've accidentally topped autos during some aggressive training in early flower and still had a massive plant in the end. In my DoSiDos diary, my biggest plant was the one I accidentally topped lol. Obviously the clone will just be a little budcicle if it's an auto.

Thats auto 100%. It has its own biological timer, she is in flower and there is no way back ... Clone is on same clock, just will delay a bit till roots will setup if it will survive ... Toping was stupid idea ..

You may have messed it up when you cut nearly all their leaves off, but yes, it is more than pre flowers going on. However, a true photoperiod plant won't flower at 18/6. This is why growig bad seeds is a bad idea............unknown random genetics that could do anything. Watch out for them herming on you.

Yeah, those aren't preflowers... so that's definitely in flower. you either gave it an extended dark cycle or it is an autoflower. FYI it can take as little as 10 hours of uninterrupted darkness to cause flower phase to start. check your light timer. A clone is a genetic copy, so it is whatever the mother is. And no worries. Autoflowers are still just marijuana plants. The only thing truly different about them that matters is the trigger to flower is not dictated by length of darkness. your new growth is quite pale. either a tad too close to the light (if nodes are too tight, cross-reference) or possible too much P or K causes chlorosis in new growth too. I'd take a peak at the plant displaying this chlorosis in new growth in normal light - grow lights tend to exaggerate and yellowing of foliage. May not be too big of a deal if it looks lush in normal lighting.

If you are giving her 18 or more uninterrupted light then it sure is suspicious. And if the bag you got it from was an auto (and there are dispensaries growing auto’s these days so I guess it’s possible.
