Been following fox farms dirty dozen for the last two weeks. Cut the doses in half at first as I heard stories of nute burn. Posted a question 4 days ago about new growth tips slighty white and was told to cut them even more which I did and now the same and yellow dots

Might be a question of how often you are feeding them, not how much.
In soil, a schedule of plain water/plain water/fertilzer/plain water/plain water/fertilizer etc works well.
Anything you change in your fertilizer routine will take about 2 weeks to show any results in the leaves, it will not happen in 4-5 days.
