This plant is either having seeds or further along as my others? I am super unsure, could it be seeds?

Just further along. If those big calyxes had seeds inside them, the would have dropped their pistils by now. Nothing to worry about.

Stress during flower is normally easy to spot, there is always a possibility of a stealth seed or two but generally with stress required to seed up there will be noticable mutation of buds or leaf nearby, have a good peek for naners if you don't find any I wouldn't worry.
