Hello all, Leaves turning pale hours after watering and feeding. Water is Volvic ph’d to 6.5 ppm 500 is 120, Ec 0.2. Put 0.05ml ph down for 4.5l. Dosnt seem as bad with Calmag at 1/4 dose. With feed connoisseur an n additives ph 6.1/6.5 ppm ~450 ec 0.8. Started 1w back. Thank you

Hey growmie, kinda tricky to say 100% without a diary, but from your description and pics I’d say you’re simply running a bit too soft on the feed for this stage. Volvic is super soft EC 0.2, so your plants basically get nothing from that in terms of calcium or magnesium. In coco or lighter mixes under LEDs that’s asking for trouble. They need calmag early to avoid stuff like pale new growth, yellowing after watering, rusty edges etc. Also if the leaves get worse right after watering, that's usually because the rootzone dries out too much, salts get concentrated, then weak feed goes in and they can’t buffer it properly = stress reaction. Would probably adjust like this: Add calmag first when mixing your water, bring EC up to 0.4-0.5 just with that. Then your normal base nutrients on top of that until EC 0.8-1.0 ,early flower is fine with that. pH 5.8-6.0 always for coco or hydro style grows. Always water until you get some runoff 10-20%, and check that runoff EC + pH every now and then, just to see what’s going on in the pot. I don’t think it’s bad yet, just gotta feed them a bit more steady now and avoid letting them dry out too much between waterings. Get a diary up next time if you can, it helps a lot . Good luck growmie 🤞🍀♥️

Hey there I know 100% the prob and I know 100% the answer Your soil ph is to acidic if you don’t believe me water the plants and collect some run off water and you will see the ph is down below 5 When you realize I am correct then you can take the plant to the bathtub and run 5 to 10 gallons of tap water thru the soil most tap water is ph 7 to 8.5 that is fine it will being the ph back up to a good range Make sure after you wash the soil with plain tap water to give each plant a couple cups of water with nutrients seeing all that tap water will wash out all the nutrients in the soil Good luck If you do not fix the problem quickly the leaves will get worse quite quickly and after washing out the soil the plant will bounce back in like a day the leaves that are damage will prob stay the same they might get a little better but it will stop the spread and everything will start to get greener again

Checking ec of water uses a tds metre. Checking ec of soil uses a soil ec metre. No point in measuring what your adding in the water if you don't measure the medium. Wanna get that ec up to maybe 1.2-1.5 🤔
