Light is close ?

Seedlings need very little light.I have a number of seedling light/bulbs and none are over 50w.The manufacturer is a good guide for the most part,advice on here not so much,haha.You should always double check the info as they've got the advice from somewhere.Have you got more lights?Don't be taken in by what the manufacturer says about how strong their lights are,for the most part they all lie about that when refering to low powered units.Iv never grow with less than 600w for a 1 sq mtre,around 300w per plant.The plant will grow but the buds wont fill out,they'll be very thin.Another 150w could see your yield double.

Hey Growmie, 18 inches at 40% is a good starting point, Leaf color looks okay, though the newest growth seems a bit pale, which can also be due to low light intensity or slightly off nutrient balance (which isn’t uncommon this early). Try 16–17 inches from the canopy. Monitor the seedling for: Leaf curling or tacoing (too much light) Stretching (still not enough light) Burn or yellowing on leaf edges (too intense) Make small adjustments every 1–2 days based on how the plant responds. Also If you haven’t already, run a gentle breeze over the seedling with a small fan. This helps strengthen the stem and prevents it from falling over if it's stretching.

Just make sure some internod development occurs (the distance of stem between nodes). Make sure as you ramp up power you don't stunt it. You can't force feed it. How far away and how much power.. You can save some watts by keeping the light very close and dimmed more than usual -- if the light is covering a smaller footprint than normal, which is often the case with seedligns. Though it looks like you have a small plant in a large pot, so that may not be true here if there is more than 1 pot. As they grow out, you raise plant to a more orthodox hanging distance to cover more area, and that requires more power. Take some notes about timing and power levels, regardless of what you choose to do. Your local climate and atmospheric CO2 will make for different levels of light a plant can handle per day. It's a little different for everyone, so trial and error is invovled. The development of the internode is your guide.

Everything is Fine at this stage, you could increase it & monitor the grow of your seedling, it also depends what you want, bushy plants, keep the distance for now, strechy plants with a lot of space between internodes…
