Interesting, near Impossible to find the function of stipuls in cannabis.
On climbing plants the stipuls would be the area where the little lasso things that do the wrapping and privide supports so the plant can climb.
I always though they were some sort of sensor used by plant to detect light, but nah, almost like having a spare equipment slot that is not currently In use.
Far more common on divots than monocots.

"Stipule"..........
Pics 1 and 2 also show "undifferentiated vegetive growth" and is nothing to worry about.............just the plant trying to grow another branchlet.......but they never grow anyway and usually disappear by themselves............but if you are really worried or stressed out, removing it/them won't cause any issues.

The stipule or the preflower? One is a sign of maturity and one is just some plant anatomy unrelated to sex... not even sure what the function of the stipule is, lol, maybe vestigial?
not sure on the first picture... it's not a pollen sac so i wouldn't worry too much. if it becomes an issue can prune it off. time will tell.
