Plant buds question

Hi, Both plants are autos and same age (65d). The first one is blooming nicely, but the second is behaving oddly. It has a lot of sticky trichomes around the bud sites, but no proper bud formation—just excessive foliage. Could this be a genetic issue or something else?

looks a bit like the dr grinspoon trait... not a positive. Just a shitty autoflower.

Genetic eff up............plain and simple. Pity you had to wait so long to find out that this plant will never flower properly.........and yes, it does happen from time to time, pure duds.

Hello there, couple things that can screw floral development, but I'd expect it to show on both if it was what you were feeding or environmental Looks very similar to whay I'd expect if I had either given her a light leak (photo) or over stressed, started flower but stressed back to veg. I wouldn't expect it from a auto as both should be effected, I'd have to lean towards a genrtical weaker tolerance to stress. Can't handle the heat get out the fire. I'm not sure though 🤔.

Hey 👋 I would agree to MistaOC. Most likely it’s just because of the genetical reason. Give her a little more time, maybe the buds will thicken up in later stage. Wish you all the best 👊🍀🖖

Since these are autoflowering plants, the cause is likely genetic. It’s quite common with these strains to see delayed flowering or phenotypes that produce fluffier, less dense buds.
