Doesn't look like hermaphroditism to me.
Some of the fruiting bodies shown have pistils sticking out.
My Pineapple looked similar since day 1 — so far, no male flowers or anything like that are visible.

Hi, what you have there is 100% a male flower. You either take the risk and cut it off, or you dispose of the whole plant. If you miss just one, you'll end up with 100 or more seeds, and pollen can also stay in the tent or apartment for a long time and pollinate plants from the next grow. I always remove the whole plant; it's a shame, but I'd rather do that than have seeds in the buds.

To me, this clearly looks like a male flower — or at least the early signs of one. You should definitely keep monitoring it, but since these features are appearing in multiple spots, I strongly suspect that this is a male plant.
