Plant in 25L AutoPot with BioTabs. Fed Orgatrex + Bactrex once in flower week 2, then 1x PK 5-8 in flower week 3. Added dolomite lime in the beginning + 0.17g/L Epsom salt every liter. Top leaves fading, central bud under light most affected, mid looks good. What can it be?

Dolomite lime is cal and mag, but dolomite lime is unpredictable in that the rate of release is dictated by ph, which unless you control can potentially lead to problems, also adding Epsom Salts which is magnesium sulfate. The cannabis prefers alot more calcium than it does magnesium. Your tips are showing signs of High EC with possible hypoxia (lack of oxygen in rootzones) to boot. Before you do anything you will need to get a ec reading or do a thorough leeching of your medium back to a reasonable ec. Then get your ph back to working range. The line greening hints towards high ph from far too much cations (ca,mg) causing ph to skew along with high ec.
