I want to ask why the leaves wither and yellow. Because they have too much water or little air. what is more harmful to it overflow or hard and bad clay?

So 4 or 5 bottom leaves of my 7thWeek autoflower looked like this and I ripped them off. Is that ok or did I harm her?
Anyway, is that a Calcium def? Should I give her some CalMag? Could it be something else?

Yellowing of the two lowest Leaves!!!! spotty yellowing of veins on leaves. started at the top worked its way down. stunted growth. both plants have had the same soil, water, nutes even fed from the same bottle. ones doing great the other NOT. I always check ph and recalibrated my PH meter i target 6.3-6.5
