Please look at this autoflower. First time grower, and was wondering if I should cut off the secondary branches you can see in the picture. Also, does it look like it can be topped above the 4th node( apart from the first 2 leaves) How is the health of the plant by looks

Depend what shape you are trying to get your plant to grow into. Right now the plant is growing like a 🌲 this is where the apex or crown is always the highest, no side stem will be equal or higher. This is controlled by a plant hormone called auxin. Most of the auxin is stored in the apex itself. This phenomenon is called apical dominance and once it's broken the plant will equalize all stems and no longer give the lions share of energy to the main stem. Once you top (depending how much auxin you chop with it) the apical dominance will break, now the plant will dedicate energy to lateral stems and if you give them a little time they will shoot up to the same level as the other stems. This is a good time to stretch and bend as each stem will seek out the higher ppfd and stretch to reach it. She looks healthy yes.

I would not cut anything off any auto flower, nor would I top one unless you are trying to grow dwarf plants.
