Was it directly touching other buds on that side? More a matter of exposure, if so. Keep it exposed to light and i wager it adds some pigmentation compared to what it looks like now. No discoloration, so no microbial growth is good. Buds clumped together is definitely elevated risk. it's extra leafy because it gets less light and has less apical dominance compared to bud sites above it and on more primary branching etc... definitely not a revege unless you interrupted the dark cycle.

Virgin chloryphyll I call it, sometimes during flower if you can get it growing fast enough the new growth overnight in the morning will appear lime green, by end of the day its darker, kinda same idea, just not much light getting to those pretty buds. She looks swish.

Normal and not an issue..........growth in the centre not getting direct light is nearly always slightly lighter than the outside bud growth. Leafy buds can be due to genetics, but in this case I would wager excessive feeding, especially with nitrogen, as evidenced by all the burned tips, is the main reason. Basically, continual over feeding causes excessive leaf growth at the expense of flower development. It is not heat related.
