I know that feeding picture from cicadas. I use a sprayed neem oil mixture during the growth phase to take away their taste. But at the flowering stage, I would stay away from it. In my experience, those critters don't go for the flowers, and a few chewed-up fan leaves won't bother the plant at all.

Hi!
In the worst case, you can water with neem oil.. it keeps a large part of the pests away.
However, I wouldn't recommend it, and it's not that serious as long as you don't see anything.

Your outside so no doubt insects, zero metrics on your diary, no details so there is nothing to help with but guess work. Only metric you have consistent is daytime temp which is 72 and too low for photosynthesis to occur at any meaningfull level.
