Rootbound?

Is my plant root bound and should i repot it as i heard you shouldnt repot autos. Also im not sure how to in the pot that i have without breaking it or damaging the plant.
Usually the leaves are flat pointing to the sides when the suns up and iv seen roots near the topofthepot

No it is not rootbound. A 25 liter pot can sustain a tree, it is even overkill for an auto outdoors

Take a closer look to the downside of the leaves, spider mites, thrips or anything suspicious.
