Hi @Woody1113 it seems to me that they are not developing because the substrate is soaked. water in small quantities and let the substrate dry well between each watering, you can just spray the soil in this non-food stage now, wait for the plants to develop the third real pair of leaves well, and from there it starts to give growth nuts, for now just feed it with root stimulator. place the smallest plants in the center of the grow parallel to the light source. good luck mate 👍

First of all they are too small to be fed, you are going to burn them. Second, since they are in big pots, you are over watering them, at this point half a cup of water is enough for a few days. Third 3 gallon of soil will feed the plants for several weeks, do not bother with nutes yet.

Some plants just sprout that way. Seeds are an organic things and just like everything else, sometimes they come with a problem. They will grow, just maybe not as big as the rest. There's not much you can do to help them catch up, they won't. But worry not! you'll still get bud in the end! Keep caring for all of them and you'll be rewarded! :)
