I still see a few transparent trichomes, I would start the dark phase on the weekend. And don't use any more nutrients. Around Tuesday or Wednesday you can harvest. The buds look great!

just make sure to ignore trichomes on leaves. If you are unsure of what you want, do a little trial and error to hasten the learning curve. You can take a bud or two off at anytime and the bulk when you think it is best. Lable them by percent of amber you see. .. which do you prefer the most? Nobody can tell you with certainty what you will prefer. Drugs impact people differently at times. e.g. nyquil puts my in a coma and some makes them very hyper. in genearl, a greater amount of amber should cause more of a sedative effect. I like to harvest around 10% amber in my top colas. The stuff at the top ripens faster. Some factors impact that too.. a more crowded canopy will probably have a more drastic difference in ripeness top-to-bottom. Genetics play a role.. some plants don't even amber up.. you can wait until it dies on the stem and won't show much amber, lol. So, even though trichomes are probably the best correlation we have for potency, also pay attention to other phyiscal observations to aid in the decision. Density of buds and pistil coloration are also correlated.

Don't want to add another harvest or depends on your taste. Harvest or wait or dark... everything true. Perhaps try one half with dark phase and the other with out ;-) (+and with/without flush). Then you are done with that discussion in one run and don't have to speculate.😂

Hi 🙋‍♂️ Your lady looks finished to me personally. You have a lot of milky trichomes and few brown/amber ones as I can see in the pictures. This is the point where the THC level is at its highest, that's when I harvest. According to your trichomes, your plant could still easily go for another 1-2 weeks. So if you're aiming for high yields and willing to take the couch-lock, you can definitely wait another week. However, you should definitely stop giving any nutrients and start flushing.
