I posted this yesterday but I think I wasn’t clear on my question: do you see cloudy or clear tricombs. Moby dick auto / 12th week. This strain usually does not have many amber tricombs

The rate at which thc degrades into cbn is accelerated by exposure to light and heat. To say this strain doesn't normally have amber trichomes, doesn't really have a choice if not grown with preservation in mind. Thc cbn = photo-oxidation.

This stuff comes down to personal preference. If unsure what you prefer, you can take off a nug now, label it, let it dry. Repeat that process at different stages. Take the bulk at a particular time if you want, but can take a nug or two before/after, too. Some plants won't amber up. so if the calyxes have been fully plump for 7-10+ days, that's when i start to consider the plant won't amber up -- it's not common. Use other observations - pistils and density of buds. also, remember to only look at trichomes on the calyxes. You want someone to say if a then b, but it's a range of possibilities and your own personal preference that selects when to harvest. Get on that bike and learn to ride.

Try to aim for about 30% amber and 70% milky then chop. Im only seeing a few amber in one photo. Give it about a week again and gage it on the percentage I gave you.

I see plenty of clear and milky. To me looks like 50/50, no ambers tho. By my personal view, you entered chop window. Can do it today or latest in 7-10 days , i would say ...
