growdiaries.com/diaries/279714-grow-journal-by-mightguys I’m seeking your gentle guidance regarding uneven maturation in my autoflower garden. Despite identical conditions, some plants refuse to progress while others mature mature perfectly. I’d be grateful for the help

PAtience grasshopper. Whatever the breeder said about how long it takes, ignore it. the plant does what it does. Nothing looks unusual here. tip - stop thinking 'i did everything exactly the same' - doesn't matter. What matters is reality. And if the reality is the plant is taking longer, then it is taking longer, regardless of if things were the exact same or not -- most likely they were not despite our efforts to do so. Though in this case, i don't think that's related. this plant is merely slower to ripen than the other. this is normal. If anything, looks like it may have needed a bit more light over its lifetime. bit larfy and leafy, but hard to be certain at this stage. Could just be more genetic variety. you'll know better as you harvest a greater number and variety of plants over time. Not all plants produce well or have a good leaf:bud ratio.

Pistils, like many organic materials, can degrade under photooxidation, which is the process of degradation caused by the interaction of light and oxygen. Trichomes, particularly the trichome heads that house cannabinoids and terpenes, are susceptible to degradation under photooxidation. Although there are slight genetical differences in floral timings the big cola closer to light and heat will have to deal with higher levels of photooxidation leading to an acceleration in the rate that thc degrades to cbn. Also may effect rate that pistils change color. (Not always the case though).

A change in the light cycle can trigger plants to hurry up and finish, especially a reduction in light.

Go to 18/6. That brand of seed is not known for its quality genetics, they are not breeders, they just re-sell bulk seeds bought in from generic large scale growers.
