Lemon super Automatic has male pollen sacs on one leaf node but completely female pistils on the next node/nodes. I'm already aware that autos can develop minimal male traits, should I be worried, or is this harmless?

If you have other plants in the tent, I would actually try to remove the plant, as it can and will definitely pollinate the others.
If it's just a single plant and you can handle possibly having seeds in your final product, then monitor it, remove the pollen sacs early, and finish the grow.
What week are you in? In my opinion, it's more worth it to start over if the grow isn't very far along yet.

Keep checking, and if you don't want any seeds or pollination, then remove the pollen sacs?

Depends. If you think male pollen sucks, you obvisously should worry. If you are okay with it, just don't care.

Leaves twisting and curling. And a few patchy leavesHi my plant is going a bit patchy on a few fan leaves, and a few tips twisting. Am i in the shit or easily sorted. Sorry for the dumb question, im new to this. Thanks . And on one other plant iv got there is bad twisting and curling but not patches. As in photos iv provided.
