Hey friends, I'm not sure about my plant but should I harvest now or should I wait?
As of today it is the 8th week of flowering and to me it looks finished or should I wait?😃

Ultraviolet personnaly i'd go with 72h of darkness before harvest (if u know what it's for), but yeah u're right... many ppl do reduce the light before harvest but:
- u can reduce Dli (that will recover THC)
- u can reduce light hours (also connected to DLI but that'will accelerate maturing)

The plant looks beautiful – you could already harvest now, or let her go a little longer, it’s really up to you. If I were you, I’d start the flush now and leave her in darkness for 2 days before harvest. Congratulations, really nice work!

Du kannst Ernten , selbst bei den Bernsteinfarben sehen die Stängel klar aus. Daher denke ich nicht das es drübich aussehen wird

If you have 98-99% brown pistils/hairs, you are in the harvest zone.
Another 2 weeks and it will be very poor quality.

I see amber but I also see alot of milky and clear.
Trichomes are delicate things that I treat a little differently once they ramp up in production.
When we talk about trichomes turning amber what is happening is the thc is degrades into cbn.
Light and heat accelerate the rate of that degredation.
For last 2 weeks once trichomes are at their peak. We lower dli. Lower temps. And try to slow down the degredation as much as we can, giving the plant ample time to fill those trichomes 100% milky.
Anyone that is still hitting their plants with 40-60 dli and temps rage at 85 in the last weeks won't have much of a profile left to taste and certain trichomes closer to lights are going to be Ambering far sooner than they should comparable to 75f and 30dli.
Go too hard too fast your trichomes will appear more like 40 milky, 40 clear and 20 amber. In a perfect world you want 100% milky 0 amber.

half the pictures are of trichomes on leaves... ignore the leaves. Re-assess.
you have way moer info in front of you to make a better choice than based on limited pictures. just make an arbitrary choice as to the level of amber you want to see and you can keep trying different thresholds for harvest to find your preference. Nobody can predict your personal preference in this regard.
