I got a blue cheese auto. Turns out its a photo in a 2 gallon fabric pot. Sucks but I decided to flip 12/12. Its around 45 days and im running out of space. 2 weeks into flower if that what the hell should I do? Cut the bottom out? Or let it air prune? Its not got 8 weeks room.

The size of the pot more or less just determines how long you have until you need to get back to it. Normally, a 5-7 gallon pot would need to be tended at least once every day or every other day. If your pot is smaller, it is not ideal, but if you have the free time and are tending to the pot more frequently, you can still pull most of the same yield, you will just need to make sure she is fed and watered more often. Throughput. Personally, I'd just sit the 2-gallon fabric in a bigger fabric pot filled with soil, roots go through thefabricss given its fairly breathable.

2 weeks into flower? prune it back... it's not lost yield if it was going to cause mold and rot. over-crowded canopies are a major risk. Figure you have another 2 weeks of solid vege growth (~4 weeks total) after flip. Then it may even squeeze out a few more inches after that. Try not to take off more than 1/3rd of the plant. If this is vertical concern vs horizontal concern, snap branches down - about 6" below where you want it as the top cola will turn back upward abruptly. After it heals you may need to strap it down to stop it from trying to grow back vertically, too.
