Seedlings on biobizz all mix

Hello everyone I will grow some autos and my seeds already germinate, I can't find pear moss or anything similar and I only got biobizz all mix soil, can I plant the seeds direct in that soil? You think they can die because of the nutes?

if 1.6EC is correct, it shouldn't be too hot. you can take the little seedling pots and run extra water through them (don't do it to the entire batch of soil, obviously)... this can dilute it before you sow them. Try to be consistent, so you can adjust how much you flush 'next time' .... you can strip the nutes, eventually. Also, adding perlite will help dilute it a bit too. adding anything inert will help reduce overall concentration. I start in promix which has about a 1 EC pre-charge. Sometimes I fertilize immediately with an elemental ppm of 600-some plus (full dose for soilless) whatever tap water adds; sometimes i just add water. There's no difference in my results, not that it's necessarily 1:1 the same... allmix might have some stuff that releases slowly as you water, so effectiveness of flushing may or may not be limited a bit by that fact. got any free seeds? test those first, if concerned. i'm sure you'll be fine either way. Sphagnum peat moss is not 'peat moss' even though people use it somewhat interchangeably. might help your search. Even if not, some nursery or business is near you that sells similar products. I'm sure somenoe has a product that's gentle for seedlings. Some farms have a side business of selling stuff too.

All mix will be a little strong I think. Light mix is somewhere around 0.8 iirc, all mixnis like 1.6. This will make it very difficult for a seedling to perform osmosis via transpiration. Not going to stop her growth but adds a stress that will require alot of energy to protect herself and alot of energy will be spent on active nutrient uptake rather than passive uptake. Until she gets bigger it will most likely be a factor. All it really gonna do is slow growth, how much? How long is a piece of string? Well that long. She won't die though. It's gonna make life tougher than it needs to be but that's OK, a little stress early in life just leads to a stronger plant in the future better able to handle stresses it has become used to.
