Is it even possible to re-vegg a fast flower?

She is a nice Lady and i wanted to keep her after the harvest and set her back to 20/4. But after 3 weeks nothing changed. So my question is: Is it even possible to re-vegg a fast flower?

My blue dream fast may reveal some answers. it never full went into flower but i was able to prevent it from full going into flower by adding longer light. i think i got triggered because its in my makeshift greenhouse and not under the light i put in there directly so it got confused. So my guess is that you should be able to may just take a while

it's a photoperiod? Yes, you can re-vege it. The 'auto' gene isn't active in those. they just think they are making a faster plant even though it isn't any faster. re-vege takes forever and a day. It won't drink much but you also can't let it dry out. the leaves aren't dead, so... keep going. you don't need 20/4. you just have to avoid giving long uninterrupted darkness as always - nothing new here. Do what you did in vege phase. don't over-think it. Less than maximum might be best for now until growth returns. if you were giving the same intensity to the plant over 20h that you gave over 12h, that would be a contributing factor - i.e. not helping but hurting.

If you want more experiments and observations, sit down a new seed. There is nothing interesting with this.

Depends on the type of fastflower. Old fast flower did not have autoflower genetics mixed into them. so they where true or pure photoperiods and just happened to finish faster by a week or two. They would have revegged. Newer gen fast flowers have autoflower genetics mixed into them and this causes some issues. Sometimes the plants just operate like an autoflower. other times like a standard photoperiod. So depending on its lineage and how its going it may or may not be possible. Your plant is heavily stripped and has little to no leaves, this is a bit aggressive and could have an impact on that. Honestly best to just grow photos or autos and skipp the fast flower BS unless you know its 100% photoperiod with no autos in the mix.
