Looks like an excellent grow, I would not defoliate anything now. She will need all that energy until maturity.

Already showing some deficiencies. Removing leaves would only exacerbate that problem.
I don't see over-crowding in canopy, so no need to remove leaves.

If you had a net over all those spreading the branches out would of probably doubled the yield...
I would leave it now with the defo....the end is near.. Nice grow...
