My friend, your plants are showing symptoms of overwatering (droopy, claw-like, and starting to curl leaves). If the pot is 9L, water with a maximum of 1.5L to maintain the optimal water/oxygen ratio at the root. This also prevents leaching of the substrate. It is not necessary to let it drain; this is a bad practice spread by unscientific rumors. That should only be done in case of over-fertilization, and your plants are losing nutrients because of this, as they are starting to yellow if you look closely. Try watering every 3 days with 1.5L. Water slowly, slowly moistening the medium well. This will improve the quality of your roots and harvest. Add only a little (very little) "grow" type fertilizer in the next watering, providing the plants with the nitrogen you are draining from the substrate.
I hope this helps you in this and future grows.
