Helo mate, you shouldn't worry about to much because it's quite normal for an auto this condition but i think moreover that you should have much more umidity in your room in this phase or you'll have too much expiration from the plant and the soil. Good luck and happy journey!!

Totally normal, Early leaves often grow a bit twisted or uneven, especially on autos. Once she gets into week 2–3, new growth will look perfectly fine. Nothing to worry about just let her do her thing

In addition -- some of that can be variegation and less than idea early growth that won't be representative of future growth. The blotchiness of first single-bladed leaves is likely nothing. New growth does show signs of chlorosis, which is worth a thought or two, but maybe not a reaction, yet. Your problems could be related to the issues of a tiny plant in a big pot. Makes it nearly impossible to have good watering habits, which could contribute to what you are seeing, too. Even if you grow autos, use appropriately sized pots. You'd have to be a raging lunatic and purposely smash up a rootball to 'stunt' a plant from potting up. If you can't do a simple things like a pot-up without damaging the plant, then you should look for another hobby. Urban myth. The problems of a small plant in a large pot heavily outweight the .0001% chance something goes wrong potting up.

Agree with Hashish, looks like heat-related denaturing of enzymes, the plant repaired the damage, but there will be a slight loss in photosynthetic efficiency until she gets nice new leaf.

I'd say it's more an environment problem. If your diary data is correct it's a bit to warm and a bit to low on humidity, try dropping temps a couple of degrees and increase the humidity to 60%

They do look a bit odd. I find when they do this its from lack of oxygen in the root zone normally from me over watering them. Give it some time and it should grow out of it.
