You are measuring soil ec with what? For a metre to read ec requires two things water and salt.
For you to say you added x, y and z nutrients Into a organic soil of happyfrog and still say that you read 0.1ms/cm?
That's literally impossible when water is present.
So either you don't have a ec metre for soil maybe it's a tds for water solution. Something is not right.
If you go the organic route then I'd say repot Into airpots, oxygen is often overlooked In its importance within a medium.
If it's under 0.5ms/cm then not even the microorganisms are functioning no oxygen, no micros, no organic breakdown, no breakdown no new salts. Only thing that could wipe out entire process is a pH skew with a lack of O2.
