Are your Grow lights making you blind?

Has anyone else noticed their vision decrease over time wile useing grow lights. I have noticed my vision is a little blurry durring the day time and when itās dark outside I canāt barely see at all anymoreā¦ Iām 99% sure this is from looking at grow lights.

OF COURSE - YES.
Same here,
after a few month with different LEDs in testmode & HDL a noticed that the nightview started to get worse.
Use filter glasses like "200-2000nm Laserprotection"

Way better than normal sunglasses. Otherwise it gets only worse - like grey star growing (which is a medical condition for legal cannabis - lol )

Yes, it ain't permanent in my case but it's been known to happen if not careful, did the mistake a few times and looked straight up lol, proper thing to do is turn the lights down when visiting or wear sunglasses.
