Most likely this is spider mite infestation. Look under the leaves to see if you can see tiny brown spot.
Spite mite is not an insect. IT is more like tiny leave sucking spiders. And it is difficult to eradicate.
I don't use chemical. What I use is microbes that make bugs sick but have very short term effect on the plant. Bad part is that this is more expensive than chemicals. Also the microbes die with exposure to light. So, you would have to do this a few rounds. My favorite microbe for spider mite and thrip is Beavaria bassiana. It is available only in some area. These days, you may have to buy it online and wait for a couple of weeks before it arrive.
More bad news, spider mites have parties with black soap and neem oil.
The color shade of the leaves also look like a bit on the light / pale sdie for Gorrilla Glue. Could be the color of the photo or my screen. You may want to recheck your dose.
And you might want to reduce your pottassium a little. Too much pottassium can lock out other fertilizes. And it appears as if there is nutrient deficiency. And the more fertilizer that you add, the faster you plant will die. Pottassium usually in the "bloom" stage nutes. Some guano based fertilizer also have high amount of pottassium.
Good luck
