This is a fairly normal growth pattern for some strains and I do not believe it has anything to do with pH, nutrition or deficiencies of any sort, they just grow this way.
In my experience, it does not require to be "fixed"and can not be "fixed", they just grow like this.
Usually, once the leaves open up properly and mature more, they go to a more even green anyhow and I believe the lighter coloured new parts in the centre of the leaf, has something to do with chlorophyll formation rather than anything else.
Whatever the reason, I would not worry, she looks healthy and happy to me overall.
