It's showing signs of underwatering, i.e. like others said, it is thirsty from either lack of water or too quick of evaporation

I had that happen recently but not to that degree… I moved my light up from the plant and the leaves straightened out less than 24 hours of me moving the light up away from my plant. Beautiful plants. Good luck.

Plant is losing its water in leaves faster than it can replenish. Sacrificing the margins. 90% of a plants water use during the day is cooling. Reduce demand.

Heat stress is my guess

climate or direct fan the damage around serated tips could be too much P or too little K, but fix climate first and see how it progresses for a more confident diagnosis.

may wanna check for pest, break out the scope, i have had mites (absurdly tiny mites) make leaves very similar to that, just as likely environmental but i always check pests off the list first.

Ah if your meaning the leaf curls it could be from bad environment, maybe too hot, or maybe to much light.

Looks like a plant to me.
