Seeds made with pollen from a hermaphrodie plant will carry dominant genes for being hermaphrodites too,.
So unless you are interested in breeding a line of plants with true breeding hermaprodite traits, sadly these seeds are useless.
Genetic re-combination from the seed parents can be highly variable, meaning the seeds, if grown, can show traits from either parent or be something completely different. First generation seeds are like a lottery and you would need to cross and back cross any offspring to stabilise the traits you seek.
All this is a moot point, as those seeds are basically new true breeding hermaphroditic strains, which in reality, no one wants to grow.
Since they were all in the tent together, either hermaphroditic plant could be the pollinator, the female will not care who the "father" is!
