Please mark leaves you would defoliate either now or later. If you think it’s worth mentioning also mark any leaf you would NOT defoliate and why. To be clear: I will not necessarily defoliate all marked leaves šŸ˜† maybe some. Just want to farm ideas so don’t hesitate to be verbos

First day of flower, strip out all but the last 3-4 pair. Day 21 the same thing plus any lower bud sites. Day 42 anything with a stem I can see.

Atlien is right but the best method would be to defoliate EVERYTHING under the screen a few days (min.3) BEFORE flipping to 12/12 or 11/13. Stress level will be down then (3-5 days) by the time you are flipping. From day 21 onwards to day 42 you will start removing some fan leaves above (if it is an 8 weeks bloomer). After that only if ventilation is bad and mold occur. Do it this way and you might be able to harvest xxxl. To achieve 1.5 g/watt+ is possible then, even in an organic grow.

don't see any reason to deflioate. you don't have a crowded canopy. there are feedback processes in the plant that will shed leaves on its own. You fed the plant and it stored those nutrients you paid for in the leaves. Everytime you cut off leaves you are throwing things out that you paid for. you should look to do things in a way that reduces such behaviours, not just do it blindly because the herd is going that way.

like jungle said, none of them right now. the first ~3 weeks of flower is generally referred to as preflower. the clock for this starts the night you have a small enough photoperiod to kick off the phytochrome cycle (well, technically it just doesnt stop it from continuing). Some folks wait until they see buds then start counting flowering days? literally cant even fathom how that logic works. touching them during preflower is a no no mostly because of hormonal shenanigans that will be occurirng...things like stretching three times as much as normal or getting fussy is generally what happens if you violate her in these critical weeks day 21 of flower i would be taking everything below the netting off, and then selectively removing flowering sites if they dont meet my thickness on the stem wishes

Cleaning plants legs is usually done in week 3 of flowering when scrogging. Every first internodes with its shoots from each legs can be cleaned for sure. Up to you to judge if the second internodes are still under the canopy getting no light

If you want big buds keep as much of the upper 2/3 of foliage as possible
