Ok i have moved the light atleast 47cm away after re reading and looking at other answers below. And placed kitchen towels under the pots to take away any additional moisture :) will await your response, thanks dudes

Currently running on 1000w LED with fan already installed, waiting on a few essentials to check humidity and ph levels, they are in a wooden wardbrobe with white(wood) walls, about 30 cm from the light, with a few air gaps down the side of the doors but still feels humid and consistant, in coco natural soil (didnt know about perlite) i let them dry out for a day then worried they didn't have enough water through over reading :/ call it lockdown madness. I let water sit in glass bottles for 4 days minimum then use that, also have bottled mineral. Obviously im a newbie 🤗 heater is on the way too so currently have a little radiator to keep the room the wardrobe is in temp between 20 - 30 , i fear while you read this you may shrivel like my leaves. But with this info i believe it will be ok :) so thanks for the info below, i will meet those requirments when bits n bobs arrive. Thank you

I believe Jardin is correct, but we do need a tad more info on what your parameters you're currently running. What's your RH and temp look like at the moment? I'm seeing environmental issues plaguing these little ones, but can't advise on treatment until we know the tent specs and environment. What I can say, from what I see, is there is a high heat and low RH issue. This is warping your leaves, pitting them and making them very unhappy. This may be a simple case of heat/light stress. Attempt to balance RH to 65%ish and temp to 25 degree Celsius so transpiration is constant and adequate at all times. I also see what looks like an overwatering issue that may also be the cause of these symptoms. They're very young and will be taking much of their water from the moisture in the air (humidity) through their leaves and too the root system. They don't need a tonne of water in soil until they hit the 2-3 week mark. Until then I use a spray bottle to keep moist but never do I fully water them. They will just drown, stunt, pick up deficiencies and all round be a hassle. Just my two cents and I hope things start to work out a bit better. You have a strong root system, I can see by the strength of your stems. Your environment just needs a bit of tweaking so the foliar is happy too🙂 Much luck and happy grows this week. Drop me a line in PM if you need. Cheers man👊

Check air humity. Keep around 70% at this first week. Check water ph to 6.3. im using filtered water with 6.5 and its good. Soil. Try not to overfeed them and keep smooth light
