My seeds all are at the bottom of the cup. I will put them in containers with the happy frog. What would be the ideal size containers for the seeds?

The key is to increase the pot size each time you repot the plant, say twice the pot size each time. So each time it has enough space to develop the root system and you have less chance of overwatering.

hi.....

no larger than what allows you to water properly... potting up is not stressful unless someone uses their gi joe kung fu grip on the rootball for funsies.

Hey Toronto416! For starting your seeds with Happy Frog, the ideal container size depends on whether you're growing autos or photoperiods. If they're autoflowers, I highly recommend planting them directly into their final 3 to 5-gallon (roughly 11-19 liters) fabric pots to avoid transplant shock, which can really stunt their short growth cycle. If they are photoperiods, starting them in a small solo cup or a 1-liter starter pot is perfect to help establish a solid root ball before moving them up to something larger. Happy Frog is a great choice it's nice and light for those delicate young roots! Happy Growing Growmie🌱

In order to get 2 weeks of growth from happy frog medium you would need at least 1 litre pot, and anywhere up to 4 liters to be safe. How big the pot will dictate how much medium which will dictate how long you will have until you need to feed/ transplant. You can use bigger pots no problem you just need to ensure evaporation occurs to assist in the movement of water

500ml solo cups work good. Just make sure you put drainage holes in the bottom. 😍
