Are these plants revegging? I noticed my timer wasn't working this morning and I'm not sure how long my lights have been left on without darkness before I realized.

Should I harvest the seed or let it stay?Is this seed ready to be plucked or is it still maturing and building up potential energy? Having a bad 1 today noticed this on 2 plants is it nute burn?. Strugglin 2 understand how, I've only fed them 500ml each,Another thing is these droopy leaves people have said overwatered but I've only fed the 3 days ago that was after a 10 day dry out after potting up to 11L?.
Dimmed my ballast down to 315w a few days ago due to the leaf curling but not seen any improvement yet. Pls help 🙏🏿
