Don't worry too much just yet, as those first two round leaves you see are the cotyledons, and they are actually the "starting leaves" that provide energy for the plant to develop its first set of true serrated leaves. Seven days from planting isn't unusual, especially if the seedling is focusing on building a solid root system underground first. Make sure you aren't overwatering, as the soil looks a bit damp and young roots need oxygen to breathe and grow. Just keep your light at a good distance so it doesn't stretch too much and stay patient, you should see that first real set of leaves popping out from the center any day now.
